Marta Pellerini

Marta is an art historian with an MA in Contemporary Art History at La Sapienza University. From 2013 to 2017 she worked at Monitor Gallery Rome/Lisbon and curated art projects with the collective Garbo’s. In 2020 she collaborated with British Council Italy for the UK/Italy 2020 Cultural Season.

From February 2021 to February 2022, she attended an MA in Gender Studies and Politics at Roma Tre University with a degree thesis on civil rights leader Bernadette Devlin and her connections with Black American Feminism.

In 2018 she has been appointed Visual Art Residency and Programme Curator at the British School at Rome.
