Donatella worked for 4 years in the hotel industry providing services in various hotels and restaurants.

She joined the BSR Residence staff part-time in 2001 and became full-time in 2003.

She looks after the Library and Reading areas as well as apartments, study rooms and public spaces in liaison with her colleagues.
