Emma Talbot invited to the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia

The BSR is pleased to learn that Emma Talbot (8^th winner of the Max Mara Art Prize for Women in collaboration with Whitechapel Gallery) has been invited to the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia curated by Cecilia Alemani. Congratulations, Emma!

Emma spent the last two months of her Italian residency, organised by Collezione Maramotti, here at the BSR, having previously spent time as a resident and award-holder (Emma was awarded the Rome Scholarship in Fine Arts in 1995-6).
