The BSR is deeply saddened to announce the death of Timothy Llewellyn

The British School at Rome is deeply saddened to announce the death of Timothy Llewellyn, who gave so much to the School over many years. Tim served as Chairman of the Council of Trustees from 2013 to 2017, offering wise and proactive support to the Director, staff and community in all its endeavours, and he remained a frequent visitor subsequently as a founding Ashby Patron, alongside his wife Elizabeth.

He will be greatly missed, and our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
