Luca is originally from Sanremo, where he studied at the local Istituto Alberghiero (School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management). Since then, Luca has worked in various restaurants and hotels in Liguria, before moving to Latina in 2001. He loves creativity in his work and he is always searching for innovative dishes.

Luca joined the BSR as residential cook in 2014.
