The British School at Rome is seeking to appoint a Development Consultant to support the creation and delivery of a milestone 125th Anniversary Campaign to launch in 2026. The School is at an exciting point in its history, including implementing a forward-looking ten-year strategy. The Consultant will play a key role in supporting the plans for an anniversary campaign, collaborating closely with the Director, staff and Council of Trustees. We expect a role with a duration of 12-18 months, working up to an anniversary event in London in October 2026 and following up on outcomes.
This role is offered on a fixed-term, part-time consultancy basis (up to 0.5 FTE). The candidate will be based in the UK but should be prepared to travel to Rome on a regular basis. A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with experience.
