Silvia joined the BSR as Communications Officer in 2023, bringing with her several years of experience in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Art History and Curating from the University of Sussex, and has recently completed additional Master’s degrees in Gender Studies and Policies from the University of Roma Tre, as well as in Feminist Urbanism from the University of Florence.

Silvia is also a co-founder of Parsec, an artists’ space in Bologna dedicated to art research and experimentation.

In her current role, Silvia is conducting research on the decolonization of cultural heritage.
