Tim Bell

Tim studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and Paris Belleville, and was a Rome Scholar in architecture at the BSR in 1998-99. He co-founded Bell Phillips Architects in 2004 and the practice has become increasingly well known for urban design, housing and regeneration, mainly working for local authorities and developers in the UK. Having found his own time at the BSR incredibly fruitful and enjoyable, Tim is a keen supporter of the BSR and is delighted to provide a contribution to the Faculty of Fine Arts at the BSR.
